Canine Mobility Clinic

The Mobility Clinic is for hands-on owners who wish to understand and improve their dog's mobility.

Owners should have the capacity to set aside time to execute prescribed therapeutic exercises and massage therapy sessions with their dog on a daily basis and to follow through the mobility improvement plan.

  • Initial Session

    • Assessment and evaluation of the dog's body condition and gait

    • Identification of problem/pain spots on the dog's body

    • Massage therapy session by therapist

    • Prescription of therapeutic exercises by therapist 

    • Learning of basic anatomy of dog's specific joint/bone condition 

    • Learning of massage techniques by owner

    • Learning of therapeutic exercises by owner

    • Setting of goals for owner to achieve

    • Advice on how to improve mobility at home

    • Q&A


    Subsequent Follow-up Sessions

    • Massage therapy session by therapist

    • Evaluation and measurement of progress

    • Evaluation of owner's massage techniques

    • Prescription of therapeutic exercises (progressive) by therapist 

    • Setting of next set of goals for owner to achieve

  • First session
    Fee - $180
    Duration is about 90 - 100mins 

    Subsequent Follow-up Sessions
    Recommended at a 2 or 3 weeks interval for best outcome
    Fee - $100
    Duration - 60mins
